FCS Jophece Yogo is a seasoned governance and management practitioner and Certified Secretary with over two decades of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practice.
He qualified as a Certified Secretary in 1989 and has practiced governance and company secretarial services full-time since 1997, advising organisations across both the public and private sectors.
FCS Yogo is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Secretaries, a certified governance trainer, governance auditor and consultant. He is a founding member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK), a former Chairman of the Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board (RCPSB), and currently chairs the ICPSK Disciplinary Committee.
He is also a former founding Corporation Secretary of KCA University, serving from 2006 to 2011.

CS Yogo has also undertaken governance assessments for institutions including Safaricom Limited, NCBA, NSSF, ABC Bank, Nairobi Securities Exchange, CBK Pension Fund and Kenya Post Office Savings Bank, among others.
A respected resource person and mentor within the governance profession, CS Yogo continues to contribute to the development of sound corporate governance practices in Kenya.
