Sharon Obonyo is a strategic leader, legal and public policy expert with over 15 years of professional experience spanning public administration, governance, policy development and organisational leadership.
She brings extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, human resource leadership, regulatory compliance and institutional governance, with a strong focus on improving organisational performance and public service delivery.
Sharon has held senior leadership and legal roles within Kenya’s public sector, including serving as Ag. Chief Executive Officer of the National Water Harvesting & Storage Authority (NHWSA). She has also worked extensively in legal advisory, board governance, public policy, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
